Abstract

다양한 형태의 변형된 어퍼처를 용이하게 도입할 수 있는 변형 조명 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은 파리 눈 렌즈와, 빛을 모으는 콘덴서 렌즈와, 상기 파리 눈 렌즈와 상기 콘덴서 렌즈 사이에서 적어도 상기 파리 눈 렌즈의 중심 부분을 통과하는 빛을 통과시키는 어퍼처를 포함하는 것을 특징으롤 하는 변형 조명 장치에 있어서, 다양한 형태의 어퍼처를 구현하기 위하여 디스플레이 장치를 이용한 어퍼처를 가지는 변형 조명 장치이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 의히셔 변형 조명 장치를 구성하는 경우 상기 화상 전송 장치를 이용하여 얼마든지 어퍼처의 형태를 바꿀 수 있는 장점을 가지고, 결국 최적 조건의 어퍼처를 가지는 변형 조명 장치를 구현 할 수 있기 때문에 사진 공정의 해상도를 증가시키는 효과를 가진다.

  1. 파리 눈 렌즈; 빛을 모으는 콘덴서 렌즈; 및 상기 파리 눈 렌즈와 상기 콘덴서 렌즈 사이에서 적어도 상기 파리 눈 렌즈의 중심 부분을 통과하는 빛을 통과시키는 어퍼처를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형 조명 장치에 있어서, 다양한 형태의 어퍼처를 구현하기 위하여 디스플레이 장치를 이용한 어퍼처를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형 조명 장치.
