Abstract

본 발명은 인체에서 면역 반응을 유발하지 않으므로 폐 계면활성제에 이용될 수 있는 합성 펩타이드 및 이를 인지질과 조합한 폐 계면활성제와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 합성 펩타이드와 인지질이 조합된 약학적 조성물은 신생아 호흡불량 증후군 등의 치로제로 사옹될 수 있다.

합성 펩타이드를 이용한 폐 계면활성제
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 합성 펩타이드와 인지질 혼합물의 표면 흡착능을 나타낸 것이다. PL은 인지질, SP 1 및 SP 2는 각각 서열번호 1 및 서열번호 2의 합성 펩타이드 그리고 SP 3는 비교 펩타이드를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 폐 계면활성능을 가진 합성 펩타이드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 합성 펩타이드의 아미노산 서열은 폐 서팩턴트 단백질 SP-B에서 유래한 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 펩타이드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 펩타이드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 펩타이드.
  5. 제1항의 합성 펩타이드와 인지질을 조합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 계면활성제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 인지질은 포스파티딜콜린과 포스파티딜글리세롤인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 계면활성제.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 합성 펩타이드와 인지질 1:3에서 1:12(w/w)범위의 비율로 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 계면활성제.
  8. 제5항의 폐 계면활성제는 인지질을 유기용매에 녹이고, 제1항의 합성 펩타이드는 클로로포름과 메탄올의 혼합 용매에 녹인 다음, 그 펩타이드 용액과 인지질 용액을 적당한 비율로 섞고, 용매를 제거한 다음 생리 식염수에 녹여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 계면활성제의 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 인지질을 유기용매에 녹이는 것은 포스파티딜콜린과 포스파티딜글리세롤을 1: 1에서 4 : 1(w/w) 범위의 비율로 클로로포름에 녹이는 것인 폐 계면활성제의 제조 방법.
  10. 제5항의 폐 계면활성제를 이용하는 신생아의 호흡불량 증후군의 치료제.
