Abstract

본 발명은 5단기너비를 갖는 자동차용 자동변속기에 관한 것으로, 4단기어비를 갖는 자동변속기의 유성기어열중 제2피니언(22)의 동심축상측부에 잇수가 작은 제2보조피니언(22a)이 결합되면서 이에 제2보조링기어(23a)이 추가로 치합됨과 더불어 이들사이에 각종 작동요소들이 결합되어 이들간의 유기적인 결합으로 5단기어비를 갖게 되는데, 이때 제1속의 기어비가 증가되어 구동력이 상향됨으로써 차량의 초기 발진가속성이 향상 되도록 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 5단기어비를 갖는 자동변속기의 작동요소를 개략적으로 나타낸 스틱다이어그램, 제2도는 본 발명의 5단기어비를 갖는 자동변속기의 제어구조를 도시한 도표, 제3도, 제4도는 본 발명의 자동변속기에서 각 속도단별로의 동력전달경로를 도시한 스틱다이어그램.

Claims (1)

  1. 토오크컨버터로부터 구동력을 전달받는 입력축(1)으로부터 디프런셜로 구동력을 전달하는 출력축(2)사이에 제1, 2유성기어열(10,20)이 배치되면서 이에 제1, 2, 3클러치(3,4,5)와 제1, 2브레이크(6,7)및 원웨이클러치(8)가 각기 유기적으로 연결되어 이루어진 4단기어비를 갖는 자동변속기에 있어서, 상기 입력축(1)으로부터 제1, 2, 3클러치(3,4,5)가 각기 연결되고, 이 제2클러치(4)에 제1유성기어열(10)의 제1피니언(12)이 연결되며, 이 제1피니언(12)에 치합된 제1선기어(11)에 제3클러치(5)와 제1브레이크(6)가 각기 연결되면서 이 제1피니언(12)에 결합된 제1캐리어(14)가 제2브레이크(7)와 함께 제2유성기어열(20)의 제2링기어(23)에 연결되는 한편, 이 제2링기어(23)치합된 제2피니언(22)에 상기 제1유성기어열(10)의 제1링기어(13)가 연결되고, 이 제2피니언(22)에 치합된 제2선기어(21)에 상기 제1클러치(3)가 연결되면서 이 제2피니언(22)의 측부에는 직경이 작은 형태의 제2보조피니언(22a)가 동축상에 일체로 결합되며, 이 제2보조피니언(22a)에 제2보조링기어(23a)가 치합되면서 이에 원웨이클러치(8)와 제3브레이크(9)가 결합되는 한편, 상기 제2보조피니언(22a)에 결합된 제2캐리어(24)가 출력축(2)에 연결되어져, 상기 유성기어열(10,20)과 각 작동요소간의 유기적인 결합으로써 1, 2, 3, 4, 5속과, 중립, 후진 및, 파킹으로의 변속이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 5단기어비를 갖는 자동차용 자동변속기.
