Claims (4)
- 복수개의 버너(11)가 설치되고 열저장식 제1세라믹베드(20)가 내장된 소각로(10); 상기 소각로(10)에 설치되며 배출팬(33)과 배출댐퍼를 가진 정화가스 배출관(30); 상기 소각로(10)에 설치되며 유입댐퍼(41a)를 가진 복수개의 오븐 악취가스 유입관(40); 상기 소각로(10)에 설치되며 송입댐퍼(42a)를 가진 신선외기 유입관(42); 상기 소각로(10)에 입/출구가 설치되고 순환팬(51)을 가지며 일부가 소각로(10)내의 제1세라믹베드(20)에 설치된 복수개의 상기 버너용 연소공기 순환관(50); 상기 오븐 악취가스 유입관(40)의 일부와 상기 버너용 연소공기 순환관(50)의 일부가 설치괸 복수개의 열저장식 제2세라믹패드(60); 그리고 상기 정화가스 배출관 (30)의 일부와 흡기팬(81)을 가진 배기열 이용관(80)의 일부가 설치된 열저장식 제3세라믹패드(70)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 소각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정화가스 배출관은 소각로에 각각 배출댐퍼(32a)(31a)를 가진 소각로 잔류가스 배출용 분기관(32)과 소각로 잔류가스 배출 및 소각된 정화가스 배출용 주관(31)으로 분기설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 소각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 오븐 악취가스 유입관은 유입댐퍼(41a)를 가진 통합관(41)으로 소각로(10)에 통합설치되어 상기 통합관에 송입댐퍼(42a)를 가진 신선외기 유입관(42)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 소각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기열 이용관은 신선외기가 유입되는 입구에 필터(84)가 설치되고 흡기팬 후방에서 각각 송출댐퍼(82a)(83a)를 가진 난방관(82)과 물 가온판(83)으로 분기형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐가스 소각장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
