Claims (5)
- 음극 슬리브(20)의 상면에 전사방사물질(21)을 피착시킨 음극에 있어서; Si, Mg등의 환원제가 첨가되고 Ni을 주성분으로 하는 음극 슬리브; 상기 음극슬리브이 상면에 형성되며, Ni 및 Sc으로 된 Ni/Sc 스프레이층; 그리고 그 Ni/Sc 스프레이층위에 형성되며, Ba산화물을 주성분으로 하고 Ca, Sr의 산화물이 첨가된 전자방사물질층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자방출용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ni/Sc 스프레이층은 Ni 및 Sc 분말에 바인더 및 용해제를 혼합하여 스프레이된 후 가열되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자방출용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ni/Sc 스프레이층의 두께가 10 내지 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자방출용 음극.
- 음극 슬리브의 상면에 전자방사물질을 피복시켜 음극을 제조하는 방법에 있어서; Ni 및 Sc의 분말에 바인더 및 용해제를 혼합한 현탁액을 소정의 두께로 상기 슬리브상의 상면에 도포하고 가열하여 Ni/Sc스프레이층을 형성하는 단계; 그리고 상기 Ni/Sc 스프레이층위에 Ba산화물을 주성분으로 하고 Ca 및 Sr 산화물이 첨가된 전자방사물질층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자방출용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전자방사물질층을 형성하는 단계가 상기 Ni/Sc 스프레이층을 형성하기 위해 가열한 후 전자방사물질을 스프레이하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자방출용 음극의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
