Abstract

가스공급원에서 진공챔버에 공급되는 가스의 양 및 흐름을 단속하는 밸브의 구조를 개선하는 반도체 가스공급 시스템에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 가스공급원에서 공급되는 가스가 에어밸브 및 니들밸브를 통과하여 진공챔버에 공급되도록 구성된 반도체 가스공급 시스템에 있어서, 상기 에어밸브는 에어공급원에서 공급되는 에어가 소용량의 솔레노이드 밸브를 통과하여 공급됨으로서 개폐동작을 수행함을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 진공챔버에 공급되는 가스를 용이하에 제어하여 수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 가스공급원에서 공급되는 가스가 에어밸브 및 니들밸브를 통과하여 진공챔버에 공급되도록 구성된 반도체 가스공급 시스템에 있어서, 상기 에어밸브는 에어공급원에서 공급되는 에어가 소용량의 솔레노이드 밸브를 통과하여 공급됨으로서 개폐동작을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 반도체 가스공급 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들밸브는 소형으로서 표면에는 상기 가스의 흐름량을 나타내는 눈금장치가 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 반도체 가스공급 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어밸브의 상단에는 스티커가 부참됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 반도체 가스공급 시스템.
