Abstract

반도체 확산공정에 요구되는 가스를 확산로 내부에 주입하기 위한 반도체 확산로의 가스 주입관 연결장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 가스 공급부로부터 공급되는 가스를 확산로에 연결시키는 반도체 확산로의 가스 주입관 연결장치에 있어서, 확산로의 하측벽 소정 위치에 연장 돌출된 관형상으로 끝단부 외측 주연에 돌출된 형상의 걸림턱을 형성하고 있는 주입관과, 상기 주입관의 외측벽의 걸림턱에 걸림 유지되는 수 소켓과, 가스 공급부와 연결되어 공급된 가스의 통로 역할을 하며 끝단부 외측 주연에 돌출된 형상의 걸림턱을 형성하고 있는 공급관 및 상기공급관의 외측벽의 걸림턱에 걸림 유지되며 상기 수 소켓과 소켓이음되어 상기 주입관과 상기 공급관의 끝단부를 밀착시키는 암 소켓으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 주입관과 가스 공급관의 연결시 파티클이 발생되지 않고, 균질의 가스를 확산로 내부에 공급하게 되고, 주입관과 가스 공급관의 연결 및 해체가 용이하며, 개스킷에 의한 교체 주기를 연장시키는 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 가스공급부로부터 공급되는 가스를 확산로에 연결시키는 반도체 확산로의 가스 주입관 연결장치에 있어서, 확산로의 하측벽 소정 위치에 연장 돌출된 관형상으로 끝단부 외측 주연에 돌출된 형상의 걸림턱을 형성하고 있는 주입관과, 상기 주입관의 외측벽의 걸림턱에 걸림 유지되는 수 소켓과, 가스 공급부와 연결되어 공급된 가스의 통로 역할을 하며 끝단부 외측 주연에 돌출된 형상의 걸림턱을 형상하고 있는 공급관 및 상기 공급관의 외측벽의 걸림턱에 걸림 유지되며 상기 수 소켓과 소켓이음되어 상기 주입관과 상기 공급관의 끝단부를 밀착시키는 암 소켓으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 반도체 확산로의 가스 주입관 연결장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주입관의 끝단부와 상기 공급관의 끝단부 사이에 개스킷이 부가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 반도체 확산로의 가스 주입관 연결장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개스킷은 금속 재질임을 특징으로 하는 상기 반도체 확산로의 가스 주입관 연결장치.
