Abstract

캐리어 박스 윗면의 서로 대응된 양측벽에 일체돌기형의 받침대를 설치하여 캐리어 박스의 적층시 드롭(Drop)되는 것을 방지하도록 개선시킨 웨이퍼 운반용 캐리어 박스에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 웨이퍼를 담는 캐리어를 담아서 이송 및 보관하는 캐리어 박스의 윗면 네모서리에 각각 일체돌기형의 받침대가 형성된 웨이퍼 운반용 캐리어 박스에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 박스 윗면의 서로 대응된 양측변에 상기 일체돌기형의 받침대가 다층적재시 보강용으로 형성된다.
따라서, 본 발명에 의하여 캐리어 박스를 차곡차곡 적층하거나 적층된 캐리어 박스가 드롭되지 않아 웨이퍼를 보다 안전하게 보관할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 웨이퍼를 담는 캐리어를 담아서 이송 및 보관하는 캐리어 박스의 윗면 네모서리에 각각 일체돌기형의 받침대가 형성된 웨이퍼 운반용 캐리어 박스에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 박스 윗면의 서로 대응되는 양측변에 상기 일체돌기형의 받침대가 다층적재시 보강용으로 각각 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 웨이퍼 운반용 캐리어 박스.
