Claims (6)
- 강철 기판 및 그 기판 상부에 니켈과 니켈 합금중에서 선택된 물질로 이루어진 제1코팅층과 제2코팅층을 포함하여 이루어진 전지의 집전체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1코팅층의 두께가 1 내지 2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 집전체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2코팅층의 두께가 2 내지 3㎛인 것을 특징으로하는 전지의 집전체.
- 강철 기판을 탈지(脫脂)한 다음, 그 강철 기판 표면을 활성화시키는 단계; 전류밀도 5 내지 10 A/d㎡에서, 니켈과 니켈 합금중에서 선택된 물질을 1차 도금하여 상기 강철 기판상에 제1코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 전류밀도 10 내지 40A/d㎡에서, 니켈과 니켈 합금중에서 선택된 물질을 2차도금하여 상기 강철 기판상에 제2코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 결과물을 건조, 압연하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 집전체 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1코팅층의 두께는 1 내지 2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 집전체 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2코팅층의 두께는 2 내지 3㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 집전체 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
