Abstract

본 발명은 전선부설용 홈통에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 지중 및 노천에 설치되는 전선의 방향이 전환되거나 분기될 경우 전선을 보호하기 위한 홈통 본체의 연결, 본체의 뚜껑개폐, 홈통의 띄움설치 및 지선 분기를 용이하게하고, 전선이 진동마찰에 의해 훼손되거나 열팽창에 의해 단선을 방지하고, 빗물등이 전선 부설용 홈통 내부로 유입되었을 경우 저면으로 쉽게 배수되고, 연속설치시 열팽창 및 수축에 대응할 수 있는 전선 부설용 홈통을 제공하는 것이며, 그 구성은 내부에 길이방향으로 다수개의 격벽이 일체로 형성되는 홈통본체와 ; 내측면에 길이방향으로 상호 소정 간격져서 돌출형성되는 다수의 보강 리브를 일체로 갖고 상기 홈통본체의 상면에 결합되는 본체뚜껑과 ; 상면이 개방된 장방형 형상을 갖고 전선의 방향이 전환되거나 분기되는 지점에 설치하여 상기 홈통본체와 연결되고 측판이 상기 홈통 본체의 규격에 따라 절단하여 연결되는 연결구 본체와, 상기 연결구 본체의 상면을 덮도록 배치되는 연결구 뚜껑을 구비하는 연결구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 홈통 본체를 다수개 연결하여 전선을 보호 할 수 있도록 한 전선부설용 홈통에 있어서, 내부에 길이 방향으로 격벽이 일체로 형성되는 홈통본체와 ; 내측면에 길이방향으로 상호 소정 간격져서 돌출형성되는 다수의 보강 리브를 일체로 갖고 상기 홈통본체의 상면에 결합되는 본체 뚜껑과 ; 상면이 개방된 장방형 형상을 갖고 전선의 방향이 전환되거나 분기되는 지점에 설치하여 상기 홈통 본체와 연결되고 측판이 상기 홈통본체의 규격에 따라 절단하여 연결되는 연결구 본체와, 상기 연결구 본체의 상면을 덮도록 배치되는 연결구 뚜껑을 구비하는 연결구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 부설용 홈통.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홈통본체는 외측면 상단부에 길이방향으로 돌출형성되는 걸림턱부와, 내측 저면 소정 위치에 돌출형성되는 복수의 고무고정부와, 하면 소정 위치에 하방으로 돌출형성되는 복수의 레그와, 일단부에 형성되는 저면에 소정크기를 갖고 관통형성되는 복수의 배수구를 일체로 갖고, 다수의 전선고정홈이 각각 형성된 상부 및 하부 방진고무로 구성되고 상기 각각의 고무고정부에 고정설치되는 복수의 전선설치구와, 양측면 및 하면에 복수의 지선분기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선부설용 홈통.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홈통본체의 걸림턱 일측에는 파지부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 부설용 홈통.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 본체뚜껑의 양측단부 하면 및 상면에는 상기 홈통 본체의 양측면 상단부와 끼움조립되는 조립홈과 고정홈이 각각 길이방향으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 부설용 홈통.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 지선분기구는 소정 직경을 갖고 관통형성되는 1쌍의 분기공과, 보스부와 너트부와 뚜껑으로 구성되어 상기 분기공 각각에 고정 결합되는 복수의 결합구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선부설용 홈통.
  6. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 홈통본체의 설치시 일단부에만 스트롱 앙카를 설치하여 열 팽창 및 수축에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선부설용 홈통.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연결구 본체의 테두리부 하면과 연결구 뚜껑의 테두리부 상면에 각각 고정홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선부설용 홈통.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연결구 본체는 내측 저면에 소정크기를 갖고 상방으로 돌출 형성되는 돌출부와, 상기 돌출부의 중앙에 소정 직격을 갖고 관통형성되는 고정공을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 부설용 홈통.
  9. 제 4 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 고정홈에 클램프가 끼움조립되어 상기 홈통본체와 본체뚜껑 및 연결구 본체와 연결구 뚜껑이 상호 밀착되게 파지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선부설용 홈통.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 클램프는 단면이형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선부설용 홈통.
