Išradimas skirtas transformuojamam baldui, konkrečiai - kėdei, transformuojamai į stalą ir atvirkščiai. Transformuojamas baldas susideda iš dviejų iš esmės plokščių elementų (5, 6), sujungtų vienas su kitu, kurie gali pereiti iš pirmos - sėdynės (6)ir atlošo (5) - padėties į antrąją - priekinės plokštės (6) ir stalviršio (5) - padėtį, ir atvirkščiai. Transformuojamas baldas turi atraminę konstrukciją dviem iš esmės plokštiems elementams (5, 6).
