Abstract

Pasikartojančių smūgių į konteinerį, krantinės krano operatoriui atliekant įprastinius prikabinimo darbus, aptikimo būdas. Taikant šį būdą naudojama stebėjimo sistema, kuri priima iš jutiklio ir skaitmeninio giroskopo signalus griebtuvo mechanizmo pagreičiui ir jo normaliai darbinei padėčiai trimatėje aplinkoje stebėti. Pagreičio signalas yra konvertuojamas ir filtruojamas pagal atminties modulyje saugomas operacines instrukcijas staigių griebtuvo pagreičio pokyčių konteinerio prikabinimo metu modeliams nustatyti. Šiuo būdu galima aptikti pirminius defektinius smūgius ir atminties modulyje išsaugoti informaciją apie smūgių kiekį, pagreitį ir laiko žymas. Stebėjimo sistemos naudotojo sąsaja ir serverio komponentai priima duomenimis grindžiamus operacinius sprendimus. Sistemą sudaro valdymo blokas, procesorius ir atminties modulis, kuriais atliekamos skaičiavimų užduotys ir vykdomos atminties komponente saugomos instrukcijos. Būdą taip pat sudaro pasikartojančių smūgių nustatymas filtruojant greičio signalą, atrenkant potencialius antrinius smūgius ir nustatant antrinių smūgių buvimą.
