Description
Išradimas susijęs su medicinine technika, būtent, su įrenginiu, skirtu Įvesti skystą pacientui parenteraliai ir įgalinančiu ąvesti į skystą vaistini preparatą.
Žinomi įrenginiai, kurių pagalba vaistai gali būti ąves-ti į parenteralinio skysčio srovę, (žiūr. EP 0059694 ir EP 0077604).
Žinomas įrenginys, kuriame vožtuvas gali veikti trijose padėtyse - viena skysčio praleidimui tiesiogiai, viena vaistų ištirpinimui ir viena vaistinio preparato išpylimui iš sistemos (žiūr. JAV 4534758). Žinomuose įrenginiuose būtina, kad skystas preparatas būtų paruoštas įvedimui talpoje iki to, kai vožtuvas bus nustatytas vaistų ąvedimo padėtyje, kas apsunkina šių Įrenginių panaudoj imą.
Išradimo tikslas - eksploatacijos patogumo gerinimas. Tikslas pasiekiamas tuo, kad talpinantis sausus vaistus indas gali susijungti su įrenginiu skysčio parenteraliniam įvedimui, tuo pačiu skystis gali susijungti su sausais vaistais taip, kad vaistai patenka ą skystį jo įvedimo metu.
Tokiu būdu, išradimo Įrenginys yra prietaisas medžiagai išskirti iš kieto preparato į tekanti skystą, įvedant ją pacientui parenteraliai, ir pagamintas kaip sujungiklis su prijungimo prie įrenginio parenteraliniam skysčio įvedimui galimybe ir turi vožtuvą, susidedantį iš judančios šerdies, galinčios veikti perleidimo padėtyje, kuriai esant skystis tiesiogiai teka nuo sujungiklio įėjimo į išėjimą, ir darbinėje padėtyje, kuriai esant, skystis teka nuo sujungiklio įėjimo į talpą sausam vaistiniam preparatui.
Išradimas paaiškinamas brėžiniais, kur:
fig. - pavaizduotas sujungiklis perleidimo padėtyje;
fig. - tas pats, darbinėje padėtyje;
fig. - sujungiklis perleidimo padėtyje;
fig. - A-A pjūvis 3 brėž.;
fig. - sujungiklio darbinėje padėtyje su talpa sausam vaistiniam preparatui skerspjūvis;
fig. - sujungiklio alternatyvi užpakalinė dalis 1-5 fig.
Sujungiklis susideda iš kameros (1) su perdavimo vamzdeliu (2) viename jos gale, kuris naudojant paprastai yra viršutinis.
Priešingame gale įtvirtintas išėjimo perdavimo vamzdelis, kuriame yra praduriamas membraninis įdėklas (4). Sujungiklis susideda iš vožtuvo, kurį sudaro cilindrinis korpusas (5) ir cilindrinė šerdis (6) , judanti jame. Perdavimo vamzdelis (2) susideda iš kameros įėjimo kanalo (7), kuris perjungiant vožtuvą į perleidimo padėtį (4 fig.), susijungia su pirmu šerdies (6) perleidimo kanalu (8). Kanalas (8) susijęs su pirma vidine ertme (9), esančia kameroje (1). Iš vidinės ertmės (9), vožtuvui esant perleidimo padėtyje, skystis gali tekėti dviem keliais: per antrą perleidimo kanalą (10) vožtuvo šerdyje arba per bakterialinį filtrą (11), sandariai užtvirtintą pagal perimetrą sienelių, sudarančių sujungiklyje antrą vidinę ertmę (12), susijungusią per membraną (4) su kameros (1) išėjimo kanalu (13).
Vožtuvo (5 fig.), kuris yra 90$ kampu perleidimo padėties atžvilgiu, darbinėje padėtyje įėjimo kanalas (7) susijęs su šerdies išėjimo kanalu (14). Kanalas (14) per vožtuvo šerdies išėjimo priemonę, t. y. per kūginę įėjimo kiaurymę (15), susijęs su talpos (17) sausam vaistiniam preparatui kūginiu įėjimo atvamzdžiu (18), kuris yra prailgintos ampulės formos, turinčios įėjimo atvamzdį (16) ir atskirą kūginį išėjimo atvamzdį (18), kurie yra šalia vienas kito. Atvamzdis (18) per vožtuvo šerdies kūginę išėjimo kiaurymę (19) susijęs su išėjimo kanalu (20), kuris susijęs su pirma vidine ertme (9) tuo atveju, kai jis tiesiogiai nėra susijęs su antra vidine ertme (12). Vožtuvo šerdies (6) cilindrinis paviršius sandariai liečiasi prie jo korpuso (5) cilindrinio paviršiaus. Ašinį vožtuvo šerdies (6) judėjimą nukreipia flanšas (21), padarytas ant vožtuvo korpuso (5) krašto (22), ir ašinė iškyša (23) ant kameros (1) užpakalinės sienelės (24). Perdavimo vamzdelyje (2) padarytas oro kanalas (25) . Pirma vidinė ertmė (9) apribota talpos užpakalinės sienelės (24), sujungiklio šoninės ir užpakalinės sienelių ir filtro (11). Antras perdavimo vamzdelis (3) skirtas susieti kamerą (1) per membrana (4) su sujungiamuoju elementu (25) .
Alternatyvi užpakalinė dalis (26) turi hidrobofini filtrą (27), pro kurį gali būti išleistas oras iš sistemos apatinių dalių.
Talpa (17) pagaminta taip pat su įėjimo kanalu (28), kurio pagalba talpa (17) su sausu vaistiniu preparatu (29) sujungta su įėjimo atvamzdžiu (16).
Sujungiklis naudojamas tokiu būdu.
Sujungiklis dirba dviem režimais: skysčio perleidimo režimu ir darbiniu režimu.
Perleidimo režime vožtuvas yra tokioje padėtyje, kad skystis teka dviem keliais: pro kanalą (10) arba pro filtrą (11) . Šiame režime sujungiklis gali būti įjungLT 3700 B tas į įrenginį parenteraliniam įvedimui, tuo pačiu talpa (17) gali būti išimama ir įstatoma vėl. Šiame režime talpa (17) darbo procese nedalyvauja, kadangi skystis tekėti pro ją negali.
Tam, kad pervesti sujungiklį į darbinį režimą, talpą (17) būtina pasukti iš padėties, parodytos 1 fig., į padėtį, parodyta 2 fig. Šiuo atveju, kadangi talpa yra kaip rankenėlė vožtuvui pasukti, vožtuvas (7) susi10 jungia su atvamzdžiu (16) ir skystis, tekėdamas pro kanalą (16), kanalą (28), granuliuotą vaistinio preparato sluoksnį (29), kuris išsiskiria į skystį, patenka į išėjimo atvamzdį (18) ir toliau pro kanalą (20), skysčiui pratekant tik pro filtrą (11) į kamerą (12).
Nors vožtuvas veikia perleidimo ir darbinėje padėtyse, jis neturi padėties, kuriai esant preparatas gali atsisakyti arba ištirpti, būdamas talpoje.
Claims (3)
- IŠRADIMO APIBRĖŽTIS1. Įrenginio, skirto Įvesti skystį į bioobjekto organizmą parenteraliai, sujungiklis, susidedantis iš kameros su įėjimo ir išėjimo kanalais, sujungiančiais su įrenginiu parenteraliniam skysčio įvedimui ir su įtaisytu jos viduje vožtuvu, kurio šerdyje padaryti du praleidžiantys kanalai, kurie gali tiesiogiai sujungti kameros įėjimo ir išėjimo kanalus, ir vienas išleidžiantysis kanalas, kuris gali sujungti kameros įėjimo kanalą su nuimama talpa sausam vaistiniam preparatui, besiskiriantis tuo, kad šerdyje papildomai padaryta įėjimo kiaurymė, sujungta su išleidžiančiu kanalu, ir išėjimo kanalas su išėjimo kiauryme, o talpa padaryta su įėjimo ir išėjimo atvamzdžiais, kurie gali tuo pačiu metu prisijungti atitinkamai prie šerdies įėjimo ir išėjimo kiaurymių, ir su įėjimo kanalu, kurio pagalba įėjimo atvamzdis sujungtas su talpa, kurios išėjimo atvamzdis gali susijungti su kameros išėjimo kanalu per šerdies išėjimo kiaurymę.
- 2. Sujungiklis pagal 1 punktą, besiskiriantis tuo, kad talpos įėjimo ir išėjimo atvamzdžiai ir šerdies įėjimo bei išėjimo kiaurymės padaryti atitinkamai su susietais kūginiais paviršiais.
- 3. Sujungiklis pagal 1 ir 2 punktus, besiskiriantis tuo, kad turi filtrą, įtvirtintą kameroje tarp jo išėjimo kanalo ir vožtuvo.
