. « f La présente invention a pour objet un ! appareil destiné à fermer des sacs en matière thermc- soudable et a pour but de permettre par une interchangeabilité aisée et rapide et avec un minimum d’accessoires 5 une adaptation de l'appareillage à des travaux de ; soudure très différents compte tenu de la nature et de ä| l’épaisseur des sacs à souder.
Il - Les différentes caractéristiques seront fi décrites ci-après et ensuite résumées, en se référant 10 aux dessins ci-annexés dans lesquels : la figure 1 est une vue en élévation de l'ensemble de l'appareil ; | la figure 2 est une vue en plan d'une l „ tête de soudure ; ; 15 la figure 3 est une vue en perspective . * d'un élément de chauffe ; ; i j* les figures 4, 5A et 5B sont des vues || montrant les possibilités de modifier la forme de || l'élément de chauffe d'après l'application ; )'l 1 20 la figure 6 est une vue en plan d'un dispositif d'entraînement adaptable à la tête de soudure ; la figure 7 est une vue en élévation d'un dispositif d'entraînement selon la figure 6 monté sur une tête de soudure ; 25 les figures 8 à 10 sont des vues montrant un détail du dispositif de dépoussiérage ; la figure 11 est une vue en perspective montrant un dispositif de dépoussiérage.
Sur la figure 1 on a représenté un appa-30 reil de soudure pour matières thermosoudables composé d'un pied ou socle 1 supportant un coffret de commande et de contrôle électrique 2.
Sur le fond du coffret 2 sont fixées des ÿ glissières 3 dans lesquelles sont introduites des V 35 traverses 4 portant la tête de soudure 5.

L
Cette tête de soudure 5 comporte plusieurs éléments tels que des éléments de chauffage 10, des éléments de refroidissement 11, des roulettes de compression 12, de codage, etc. selon l’utilisation.
5 En général la tête de soudure est égale- ment munie de deux bandes métalliques 15 recouvertes d’un revêtement anti-adhérent (Teflon), tournant en sens opposés l’une par rapport à l’autre, guidées par des roulettes 14 et entraînées par des axes 16, 17 10 d’engrenages 6 et 7.
Il importe de pouvoir, pour chaque application différente, de remplacer facilement la tête de soudure par une autre convenant au travail désiré.
; * Conformément à l'invention, chaque tête 15 de soudure 5 est réalisée de telle manière que lors- x qu'elle est introduite dans l’appareil, ses propres organes d'entraînement tels que les engrenages 6 et 7, 1 coopèrent avec un seul moyen d'entraînement par exemple ! un pignon 8 solidaire d’un axe 18 sortant du fond du i ; 20 coffret 2 de l'appareil (voir figure 2).

Cet axe 18 peut être commandé à l'inté rieur du coffret 1 par un moteur électrique, de préférence à courant continu muni d'un régulateur de vitesse, par l'intermédiaire d'organes de transmission ; 25 connus en soi, par exemple un réducteur de vitesse : avec renvoi d'angle, un jeu d'engrenages ou courroie ' ^ dentée.
Chaque tête de soudure 5 est également prévue pour y adapter un dispositif d'entraînement 20 30 des sacs à souder 21.
Un tel dispositif d'entraînement est illustré aux figures 6 et 7 et comprend essentiellement deux courroies dentées 22 tournant en sens opposé. Ces courroies 22 sont entraînées d'une part par deux roues 35 23 reliées aux axes 16 et 17 de la tête de soudure 5 3 « ! « (figure 2) et sont maintenues d’autre part par deux roues de guidage 24. Les courroies 22 se déplacent autour de deux plaques de support 25 reliées à la tête de J soudure 5 par des orifices 26. Entre les plaques de i 5 support 25 sont disposés des éléments de pression 27 sj ' soumis à l’action de ressorts (non représentés).
S Une autre caractéristique est que chaque
tête de soudure peut être munie d’éléments de chauffe | 10 à profil variable comme montré aux figures 5, 4, 5A
10 et 5B.
| L’élément de chauffe 10 est composé d’un i i J! corps 30 pourvu d’un alésage longitudinal 51 dans le- i ; quel vient se loger une carotte ou résistance chauf fante 32 (figures 4, 5A et 5B).
15 Une caractéristique de l’invention est que le corps 30 est muni d’une barre de soudure 33 amovible occupant une position dissymétrique par rapport au corps 30.
En outre le corps 50 est pourvu d’une 20 série de trous filetés 55 permettant l’adaptation de différents types de barrettes 5^ avec largeur variable (34, 36).
On obtient dès lors la possibilité d’effectuer des soudures parallèles (figure 5A) ou très ' , 25 larges (figure 5E.
; Sur la figure 4 on peut voir deux élé- ’ - ments de chauffe 10 pendant l’operation de soudure.

Les deux feuilles en matière thermoplasti- ’ que du sac 21 sont comprimées entre les bandes métal- 30 liques 13 (recouvertes de teflonj. A l'endroit des' barres de soudure 55, la bande 13 transmet la chaleur à la feuille de matière plastique qui se ramollit et A fond partiellement ensemble avec l’autre feuille du sac.
A l’endroit des barres 33, la bande subit 55 une usure locale. Grâce à la disposition dissymétrique des barres, on peut toutefois retourner la bande métal- 4 lique 13 dont la durée de vie sera donc ainsi doublée.
Sur les figures 8 à 10 est illustré un détail du dispositif de dépoussiérage.
5 Le coin supérieur du sac 21 â souder pénètre entre des guides 40 et vient buter contre une saillie 41 solidaire d'une traverse 42.
Ί Une particularité importante est que la i saillie 41 est uourvue, dans l'axe de déplacement des : 10 sacs, d'une entaille 43 laquelle maintient momentané- jj ment le coin supérieur du sac 21 lorsqu'il a buté = . contre la saillie 42 pendant son déplacement.
Comme montré à la figure 9, le sac est ' ainsi amené à s'ouvrir et continue son parcours grâce i P _ 15 à ce que ses deux bords supérieurs peuvent passer de i Λ part et d'autre de la saillie 41. A l'endroit de cette if | saillie 41, la traverse peut être munie d'une canalisa- jl tion 44 par laquelle de l'air sous pression est introït duit afin de souffler de l'air contre les bords inté- p 20 rieurs du sac et par conséquent enlever toute poussière || ou impureté avant l'opération de soudure.
Un autre dispositif de dépoussiérage est ; montré à la figure 11.
i Le sac 21 est amené par les courroies - 25 d'entraînement entre deux pièces de guidage 50 dont les flancs intérieurs 51 sont légèrement obliques de j; manière à créer un passage en forme d'entonnoir allongé.
,1 Les flancs obliques 51 sont pourvus j1 d'une série d'orifices 52 de sections différentes et ; 50 obturables selon la nature des sacs 21 à souder. Par des canalisations internes prévues dans la pièce de j; guidage 50 une légère dépression peut être créée à 1'en- I’ droit des orifices 52 de manière à aspirer chaque bord i supérieur du sac contre son guide respectif. On prévoit i ; 35 une tuyère amovible 53 qui une fois le sac 21 ouvert | peut descendre entre les lèvres du sac pour insuffler i: j; i ! 5 de l'air. En plus de son déplacement vertical la I t tuyère 53 peut également basculer suivant l'axe de déplacement du sac, ceci afin que la tuyère 53 se dé-\ gage lors du passage du côté arrière du sac 21.
i , 5 Ces dispositifs de dépoussiérage peuvent être avantageusement montés sur le dispositif d'entraînement tel que montré sur la figure 1. D'autres * accessoires par exemple un dispositif de coupe et de préchauffage peuvent également être montés sur le même 10 dispositif d'entraînement lequel peut ä son tour être Il fixé sur chaque tête de soudure disponible.
|j Ceci offre l'avantage énorme pour l'uti- !? lisateur de pouvoir adapter l'appareil à n'importe quel travail avec un minimum de pièces accessoires.
15 Bien entendu diverses modifications peu- | vent être apportées par l'homme de l'art au dispositif I ; qui vient d'être décrit uniquement à titre d'exemple \ non limitatif sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.

Claims (1)
- 6 RESUME Appareil destiné à fermer des sacs en matière thermosoudable comprenant une tête de soudure, cet appareil étant caractérisé par les points suivants 5 pris ensemble ou séparément : 1. afin de rendre la tête de soudure (5) interchangeable selon chaque application différente, chaque > tête est réalisée de telle manière que lorsqu'elle ; est introduite dans l'appareil, les organes d'en- 10 traînement qui lui sont propres (par exemple les ! engrenages) coopèrent avec un seul moyen d'entraîne ment, par exemple un pignon (8) solidaire d'un axe (18) sortant du fond du coffret (2) de l'appareil 2. chaque tête de soudure est réalisée de manière à 15 permettre 1'adautation d'un dispositif d'entraîne ment (20) des sacs à souder (21) 5. le dispositif d'entraînement des sacs a souder com-; prend deux courroies (221 tournant en sens onposés et entraînées par des roues (23) reliées aux axes ‘ 20 (16-17) de commande de la tête de soudure ; ces courroies (22) tournent autour de deux plaques de support (25) reliées à la tête de soudure (5) et entre lesquelles sont prévus des éléments de pression (27) j 7 25 4. chaque tête de soudure peut être munie d'éléments de chauffe (10) à profils variables 5. le corps de chauffage (30) est muni d'une barre de soudure amovible (33) placée en une position i dissymétrique par rapport au corps (30; 6. le corps (30) est muni de moyen? tels ces trous filetés (35) permettant l'adaptation de différents types de barrettes (34) de largeur variable 7. le dispositif d'entraînement (20) relié a la tête de soudure (5) peut comprendre un dispositn de 35 dépoussiérage formé de deux guides (40) pour le coin supérieur du sac et d’une saillie (41) solidaire d’une traverse (42) contre laquelle le sac vient buter ; cette saillie (41) est munie d'une entaille (43) qui maintient momentanément le coin 5 supérieur du sac lorsqu'il a buté contre la saillie .. (42) de telle manière que le sac est amené à s'ouvrir et ä continuer son parcours en passant avec ses bords supérieurs de part et d’autre de la saillie (41) à l'endroit de laquelle la traverse 10 peut être munie d'une canalisation d'insufflation (44) par laquelle est introduit de l'air sous pression destiné à exercer un effet de soufflage sur les bords intérieurs du sac et enlever les poussières ou impuretés avant l’opération de soudure 15 8. le dispositif de dépoussiérage peut aussi comprendre , * deux pièces de guidage (50) entre lesquelles le ; sac est amené par les courroies d'entraînement (22) et qui possèdent des flancs intérieurs (51) légèrement obliques en créant un passage en forme d’en-20 tonnoir et munis d’orifices (52) de sections différentes et obturables selon la nature des sacs à souder 9. à l’endroit des orifices (52) une légère dépression est exercée par des canalisations prévues a l’intérieur de la pièce de guidage (50) de manière à ’ 25 aspirer chaque bord supérieur du sac (21) contre son guide et à provoquer l’ouverture du sac 10. on prévoit une tuyère amovible (53) pomrant être descendue entre les lèvres du sac en vue d'insuffler de l'air 11. avec le dispositif de dépoussiérage monté sur le dispositif d’entraînement d’autres accessoires (par exemple dispositif de coupe et de prechauffage) peuvent également être montes sur le même dispositif d’entraînement lequel peut 2. son tour être fixe 35 sur chaque tête de soudure disponible. i
