The present application constitutes an addition to the patent application No. 87Λ36 filed on June 27, 198 ^ and brings there three improvements, without modification of the inventive base of the aforesaid application.

Said improvements are: 1 ° a weighing system, eg of envelopes.

2 ° adaptation device for the introduction of "charges" or credit of stamps by any electronic terminal of the banking type.

3 ° Adaptation of the receiving machine, and construction, a card intended to introduce into the machine at least one of the devices of the main machine: stamp codes, "charge" of the credit, security code.

Said improvements will be described below with reference to the figure below:

Fig.I - Illustrates a basic demand device provided externally with at least one push button, on at least the underside, at least one of which is connected to a section of the electronic circuit programmed to perform the recording and the display on screen of the weight, in the form of a physical measurement and translating it into an encrypted display of the weight, on the display dial.

The second improvement, or connection device,

In addition, it receives the Sygle chosen by the Postal Administration, which it can modify at its discretion, on the date it chooses, in an arbitrary or systematic manner.

It is also possible to equip each card with contactors allowing a new card to take, by interconnection with the first, the relay of the one that is at the end of the credit; said relay can be done by connecting two cards manually or by providing in the electronic device an additional slot for a second card, interconnecting with the first when the credit of the latter has dropped to zero.
