for: "Soft bag for the transport of articles" * l Π ~; The invention relates to flexible bags for the transport of articles, in particular, but not exclusively, for the transport of food products, these products themselves being in bulk or packaged.

These flexible bags can be made of any suitable known material, for example paper, plastic or textile material.

The invention applies very particularly, but not limited to, such flexible bags which are used by the consumer for the transport of food articles, in particular in the field of fast food.

It is often desirable, in particular, in the field of fast food, to be able to isolate an article from the others, that is to say to put it out of contact with the latter. This is particularly the case of an article which is in the form of a refrigerated drink whose packaging can be covered with water of condensation which it is desired to avoid contact with other food articles (for example bread) . This is also the case for. 2C an article which, if it is put in contact with other articles, can deteriorate or on the contrary deteriorate these articles by reception or transmission of odor or taste.

Soft bags of this kind currently available on the market stand. have the form of a single pocket in which the various articles are arranged successively and are therefore in contact with each other, which causes the drawback mentioned above. The object of the invention is to provide a flexible bag of the type in question which, without appreciable increase in the cost price and without requiring delicate handling on the part of the user, allows the latter, if he so desires. , to be able to isolate the articles.

To this end, the flexible bag according to the invention comprising a closed lower part and side walls is characterized in that it further comprises at least * a flexible interior partition, of which two opposite edges are at least locally secured. to said side walls to define therewith at least two pockets which are separated by said interior partition, for receiving articles without 1 -nr - Ô- 1 contact between them, said flexible interior partition being able to be folded against the walls lateral, or deployed for the definition "of said two pockets by deformation of at least said interior partition.

With such an arrangement, the user therefore has two pockets, namely a main pocket and an auxiliary pocket, the latter being obtained by. deployment and deformation of the interior partition and possibly at least · one of the side walls' for the reception of at least one particular article which .is thus separated, by the interior j_q partition, by -report to the other articles contained in the main pocket.

The flexible interior partition advantageously extends from the bottom of the bag over all or part of the height thereof. It is preferably secured to the side walls by its two substantially vertical longitudinal edges, the connection of the flexible interior partition with the side walls. forming over all or part of the height of said partition.

According to a first embodiment, the bag is foldable flat and has a bellows on two opposite side walls, the flexible internal partition also being in the form of a bellows and extending in the vicinity of one of said side walls. bellows to be able to be folded with and against it. By way of nonlimiting example, there is shown in the drawings according to two embodiments a bag cui est! '~ T m made entirely of paper and which is of the foldable type, this bag being intended to receive foodstuffs in bulk or packaged in the particular application for fast food.

As shown in the drawings, the bag has a bottom. 1 and 5 of the side walls 2, 3, 4, and 5. In a known manner, this bag is obtained by folding and gluing a sheet of paper, lines 6 of pre-folding being provided on the side walls 2 to 5 to allow the bag to be folded flat.

. The two opposite side walls 3 and 5 are of the bellows type and, for this purpose, they each have a vertical fold line 7 participating in the flat folding and in the deployment of the bag. According to the intention, the bag as described above is made in addition to comprising at least one flexible interior partition, two opposite edges of which are at least locally subject to the side walls 2 to 5 to define with them at least two pockets! namely a main pocket and an auxiliary pocket which are separated by said interior partition for receiving articles without contact with each other, this flexible interior partition 20 can be either folded against one of said side walls, or deployed for the definition of said two pockets by deformation of at least said interior partition. In the two embodiments shown, the internal partition extends from the bottom 1, preferably over the entire height of the bag, that is to say to the upper edge of the side walls 2 to 5. This interior partition is subject to the side walls by airlock two longitudinal edges which are substantially vertical.

In the first embodiment, shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the interior partition 8, which is made of paper like the rest of the bag, is also in the form of a bellows and it extends in the vicinity of the side wall 5 of bellows .. The internal partition 8 is subject to the two opposite lateral walls 2 and 4 which border the lateral partition 35 of bellows 5. In the arrangement of FIG. 7, the two vertical longitudinal marginal zones 15 ′ for fixing the interior partition 8 to the side walls 2 and 4 (the side wall 2 is not visible in this figure) are of width cons- 35 aunt so that the auxiliary pocket 10 has a constant horizontal straight section from top to bottom of the bag.

It appears from the foregoing that the invention makes it possible, without appreciable increase in its price, to obtain a bag, in particular a paper throwing bag. Intended to receive food products which allows the user to have 30 to at his option, an auxiliary pocket in which he can place at least one article while keeping it out of contact with the article or articles contained in the main pocket.
