The invention also relates to the method for producing said sealed ticket 10.

We already know, for games of chance, especially for lotteries of fairgrounds, raffles and others, different types of tickets.

Thus, for lotteries in fairgrounds, the use of rollers is known which consist of a small sheet of paper one of the faces of which has an inscription necessary for the game and the other face of which is in principle devoid of any particular sign. This small sheet-20 is wound on itself to form a small cylinder on which a metal or cardboard or plastic ring is threaded, in order to prevent the sheet from unwinding in an untimely manner. The ticket purchaser removes the ring and unrolls the sheet to find out the result.

However, these tickets have several drawbacks. In general, the rollers thus formed are relatively small and their opening is not very easy. In addition, a certain precision must be provided to avoid too much play between the roller and the ring, otherwise the latter risks escaping and the bill is no longer closed. The purchaser will tend to believe that the ticket had already been used and put back into play.

Furthermore, there is also known a sealed ticket for ha-35 sard games, consisting of a paper strip, of rectangular shape and folded back on itself.

The sealing of this note is obtained by means of a stamping device conferring on the lateral edges of said folded note series of imprints interpenetrating from one fold to another.

5 To obtain the opening of this known sealed ticket, two solutions are possible. The first consists in separating the edges comprising the imprints due to stamping according to a tear line delimiting the useful surface of the strip constituting said ticket. Finally, we unfold the latter.

The second solution is to proceed directly to unfolding the ticket, this is possible thanks to the low mechanical strength of the seal. Indeed, the imprints obtained by stamping and interpenetrating from one fold to the other come to be easily released without there being any tearing of the ticket.

By adopting this second solution for opening the ticket, in order to access its secret registration, it cannot be thrown back into play. In this sense, the sealing by stamping must not be able to be reconstituted. However, it turns out that by using an appropriate tool, such as a pen tip, it is possible to artificially reproduce the stamping effect, by reintroducing the fingerprints one by one so as to obtain the interpenetration of these last from one fold to the other of the ticket. This is a tedious but perfectly achievable operation.

It is certain that by adopting the first solution, the ticket, once opened, can no longer be put into play, but this solution is however not without drawbacks. Indeed, during the opening 30 of the ticket, the stamped edges are separated from the central strip containing the secret information along tear lines. They are then very often thrown on the ground at the place of exploitation. Indeed, the purchaser of the ticket being impatient to know the information contained in the latter, seeks to get rid of the separate edges of the ticket as quickly as possible to facilitate the unfolding operation.

The present invention aims to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks, and proposes to provide a sealed ticket for easy-to-use games of chance, the opening of which requires tearing of part of the ticket which does not cause the paper to fall out, but makes it 5 permanently unusable for a new throw-in. By thus reducing to naught the possible frauds, such a ticket ensures a perfect course of the game.

To this end, the invention relates to a sealed ticket for ha-10 sard games such as lottery, fair lottery, raffle or others, formed of a strip, in particular of a paper strip folded according to perpendicular fold lines, to the longitudinal edges and defining several sections, said strip comprising, in addition, a rectangular surface whose open parallel edges have a stamp-seal separated from the useful surface by a tear line, characterized in that it comprises two sections, the edges of which are glued, by gluing zones extending from the upper fold line to the lower fold line and situated between the longitudinal edges of the strip and the tear lines, the latter extending from the lower end of the strip extended to the lower edge of the bonding zones.

The invention also relates to a method for producing the sealed ticket, characterized in that a strip is taken, in particular a strip of paper, which is carried out in this strip of microperforations defining the tear lines , that an adhesive is applied to the lateral edges of one of the two sections to be glued together after folding, that this strip is folded on itself along the fold lines perpendicular to the longitudinal edges and that 30 introduces the folded strip into a stamping device giving the two lateral edges series of interpenetrating imprints and proceeding, by the pressure due to the stamping, to the bonding of the two sections to be bonded.

The invention will be better understood by referring to the following description given by way of nonlimiting example and to the attached drawing in which: - 4 -

The sealed note 1 is in the form of a strip 2, preferably made of paper but can also be made of metal such as aluminum 25 or plastic. On the front 3 of the strip 2 are printed the necessary indications 4, conforming to a pre-established rule and making it possible to know the content of the ticket in relation to games of chance such as lottery and others. The back 5 of the strip 2, corresponding to the exposed side after folding of the ticket 1, may include a certain number of advertising indications 6 or other elements necessary for the progress of the game of chance such as the rule of the game.

The strip 2 comprises several fold lines 7,8,9 and 10, the number of which varies according to the size of the ticket 1 and the length of the strip 2. These fold lines 7,8,9 and 10 are preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal edges 11 and 12 of the strip 2, and thus define sections 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 corresponding to the number of folds of the ticket 1 after folding of the strip 2.

The ticket 1 further comprises, on its lateral edges 18 and 19 parallel, a stamping seal 20 (see FIG. 1). This seal 5 extends the stamping mark to all of the folds of the sealed note 1 so that the longitudinal edges 21 and 22 of the strip 2 have two sets of imprints 23 and 24, parallel to the longitudinal edges 11 and 12 when sealed ticket 1 is open.

Furthermore, the strip 2 can be provided with tear lines 25 extending from its lower end 26 to the upper end 27 and being parallel to the longitudinal edges 11 and 12. These tear lines 25 make it possible to separate the longitudinal edges 21 and 22, in which appears the mark of the seal 15 by stamping 20, of the useful surface 28 of the strip 2.

According to a characteristic of the present invention, the ticket 1 comprises two sections, the lateral edges of which are glued by gluing zones extending from an upper fold line to a lower fold line and located between the longitudinal edges 11 and 12 of the strip 2 and the tear lines 25. Thus, in FIG. 2, representing an embodiment according to the present invention, the two sections 13 and 14, having their lateral edges 29 and 30 glued, are sections adjacent. When the ticket is unsealed, as shown in FIG. 4 corresponding to a strip in FIG. 2, the bonding zone 31 ^ extends from the upper fold line 8 to the lower fold line 7 and is located between the longitudinal edge 11 of the strip 2 and the tear line 25. This bonding zone 31 ^ corresponds to the lateral edge 30 of the section 14 (see FIG. 30 4). Of course, the bonding zone 31 ^ is identical on either side of the median plane 32 of the strip 2.

In FIG. 3, corresponding to another embodiment of the present invention, the two sections 13 and 15, having their lateral edges 29 and 33 glued, are sections located on either side of a central section 14 not glued. When the ticket is unsealed, as shown in Figure 5 corresponding to a strip 2 of the

5 In accordance with the present invention, FIGS. 6 and 7 show an embodiment of the ticket 1, comparable to that proposed in FIGS. 3 and 5. The two sections 14 and 16, having their lateral edges 30 and 34 glued, are sections located on either side of a central section 15 not bonded. In this embodiment, the 10 bonding zones 31 ^ extend from the upper fold line 10 to the lower fold line 9 and correspond to the lateral edges 34 of the section 16.

According to another characteristic of the present invention, the tear lines 15, parallel to the longitudinal edges 11 and 12 of the strip 2, extend from the lower end 26 of the deployed strip 2 to the lower edges 35 ^, 35 ^, 35 ^ bonding areas 31 ^, 315, 31 ?.

20 it should be noted that the lower end 26 of the strip 2 corresponds to the transverse edge of the first section 13 folded when the strip 2 is folded.

Micro-perforations can constitute an embodiment of the tear lines 25, other embodiments of the latter being possible.

To allow the gluing of two sections along their lateral edges, it is necessary to apply an adhesive or glue to the edges of at least one of these sections. Thus, the adhesive can be applied either to the side edges of the upper section to be bonded, or to the side edges of the lower section to be bonded. This solution makes it possible to make a significant saving in adhesive or glue, but it is obvious that it is also possible to apply adhesive 35 or glue to the lateral edges of all the sections situated below the line of upper folding delimiting the bonding zones, without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.

The strip 2 is folded by folding the section 13, located at the lower end 26, around the fold line 7 so that it comes to cover the section 14. Then, the folding is continued in the same direction around fold lines 8, 9 and 10.

After folding of the strip 2, the ticket 1 is engaged in a stamping device conferring on the lateral edges 18 and 19 of the ticket 1 two series of imprints 23 and 24 interpenetrating from one section to another and ensuring the sealing of said sections. As a result of the pressure 10 exerted by the stamping, the two sections to be bonded are also bonded, at least one of which is provided with the adhesive located on its lateral edges.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, at least one section 17, located at the upper end 27 of the strip 2, is connected to the other sections only by the stamping effect. The advantage of this characteristic, in combination with the tear lines 25 extending from the lower end 26 of the strip 2 to the lower edges 35 ^, 35 ^, 35 ^ of the bonding zones 31 ^, 31 ^, 31y , 20 consists in that the sealed note 1, in its final configuration as shown in FIG. 1, does not have, either on its front face 36, or on its dorsal face 37, tear lines 25. As a result, the purchaser will not be encouraged to separate the lateral edges 18 and 19 of the sealed ticket 1 and to throw them on the ground at the places of use.

To obtain the opening of the sealed ticket 1, two solutions are to be considered. The first solution relates to a sealed ticket 1 whose section 17, located at the upper end 27 of the strip 2, has its side edges 38 glued. In this case, all of the sections 13, 14, 15, 16 located under the section 17 are released, by simultaneously tearing the lateral edges 29, 30, 33, 34 of these said sections 13, 14, 15 and 16 along the lines. tear 25. This results in the complete opening of the sealed ticket 1.

The second solution relates to a sealed ticket 1 of which at least the section 17 located at the upper end 27 of the strip 2 is connected to the other sections only by the stamping effect. So the 35 ”. .

This results in the complete opening of the sealed ticket 1 and access to the secret information 4.

In all cases, the opening of the sealed ticket 1 causes the lateral edges 29 of the section 13 located at the lower end 26 of the strip to be torn. This operation is perfectly irreversible and avoids any unexpected or voluntary re-entry of the ticket 1 15 unsealed.

Claims (6)

Sealed ticket for games of chance, such as lottery, fair lottery, raffle and others, formed of a strip, in particular of a paper strip folded according to fold lines perpendicular to the longitudinal edges and defining several sections, said strip additionally comprising a rectangular surface, the two open edges of which have a stamped seal separated from the useful surface by a tear line, characterized in that it comprises two sections (13,14 ) or (13,15) or (14,16) whose lateral edges (29,30) or (29,33) or (30,34) are glued by gluing zones (31 ^) or (31 ^ .) or (31 ^) extending from the upper fold line (8) or (9) or (10) to the lower fold line (7) or (8) or (9) lying between the edges longitudinal (11,12) of the strip (2) and the tear lines (25), the latter extending from the lower end (26) of the strip (2) deployed to the lower edge (35 ^ , 35,., 35 ^) des zo collage nes (31 ^, 3T ^, 31 ^). 2.
