Description
ODOR-RESISTANT BATHROOM FLOOR DRAIN
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of bathroom drainage facilities, and in particular to an odor-resistant bathroom floor drain.
Related Art
At present, ordinary floor drains mounted under a bathroom or a bathing pool often cause blockage due to accumulated foreign matters such as fallen hair, and it is very time-consuming to clean; in addition, after the floor drain is used for a period of time, internal odor is easy to diffuse out.
Summary
In view of this, the present invention discloses an odor-resistant bathroom floor drain, which not only is convenient to clean, but also can avoid the out diffusion of odor.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention adopts a following technical scheme: an odor-resistant bathroom floor drain comprises a shell, a lining mesh and a cleaning plate, wherein the outer side of the shell is provided with a connection thread, the lining mesh is fixed inside the shell and a liquid channel is formed between the lining mesh and the inner wall of the shell, a liquid discharge hole is arranged on the side wall of the lining mesh, the cleaning plate is located inside the conical lining mesh and is installed with a pull rod at the center, and the upper end of the pull rod extends out the top end of the shell, one side edge of the cleaning plate is provided with a first magnet, the inner side of the shell approaching the opening of the lining mesh is fixedly provided with a second magnet which corresponds to and can attract the first magnet.
Further, the cleaning plate is circumferentially sleeved with a cleaning cotton sleeve. Through the cleaning cotton sleeve, the inner wall of the lining mesh can be scrubbed, thus cleaning is convenient.
Further, the lining mesh is a conical lining mesh, with a smaller opening facing upwards, and the outer circumference of the cleaning plate is sleeved with a rubber ring. In this way, when the cleaning plate is moved upwards, the cleaning plate can be clamped by the lining mesh, thus the cleaning plate is further stabilized and the sealing degree of the floor drain is improved.
The present invention has benefits as follows: during the usage of the odor-resistant bathroom floor drain, when the cleaning plate is lift to the upper opening of the lining mesh through the pull rod, the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other such that the cleaning plate can be firmly fixed on the shell and seal the upper opening of the lining mesh, then diffusion of odor can be effectively prevented and insects also can be prevented from crawling in and crawling out the pipeline. When the cleaning plate is totally pulled out, matters such as hairs accumulated on the cleaning plate are taken out too, thus fast cleaning is achieved.
Brief Description of Drawings FIG. 1 is an overall structure diagram of an odor-resistant bathroom floor drain according to the present invention; and FIG. 2 is a structure diagram of a further scheme of an odor-resistant bathroom floor drain according to the present invention.
Description of Embodiments
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with specific embodiments. Accompanying drawings are merely for exemplary description, and what they represent are schematic diagrams but pictures of the real product; the accompanying drawings cannot be understood as a limit to this patent; to better describe the embodiment of the present invention, some parts in the accompanying drawings could be omitted, zoomed in or zoomed out, and do not represent the actual size of the product; for those skilled in the art, it is understandable that some well known structure and description in the accompanying drawings could be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 1, an odor-resistant bathroom floor drain comprises a shell 1, a lining mesh 2 and a cleaning plate 3, wherein the outer side of the shell 1 is provided with a connection thread used for connecting with other pipelines during installation. The lining mesh 2 is fixed inside the shell 1 and a liquid channel 4 is formed between the lining mesh 2 and the inner wall of the shell 1, and a liquid discharge hole 5 is arranged on the side wall of the lining mesh 2. After a liquid flows in the conical lining mesh 2, the liquid flows out from the liquid discharge hole 5, then the filtered liquid flows into a connected pipeline through the liquid channel 4. The cleaning plate 3 is located inside the lining mesh 2 and is installed with a pull rod 6 at the center, and the other end of the pull rod 6 extends out the top end of the shell 1, two side edges of the cleaning plate 3 are provided with a first magnet 11, the inner side of the shell 1 is fixedly provided with a second magnet 12 which corresponds to the first magnet 11, and the second magnet 12 approaches the opening position of the lining mesh 2; when the cleaning plate 3 is lift to the upper opening of the lining mesh 2 through the pull rod 6, the first magnet 11 and the second magnet 12 attract each other such that the cleaning plate can seal the upper opening, then odor can be effectively prevented from diffusing out from the bathroom floor drain and insects also can be prevented from crawling in and crawling out the pipeline. When the cleaning plate 3 is totally pulled out, the cleaning plate 3 will bring out the hairs flowing in and accumulated on the cleaning plate 3, thus fast cleaning is achieved; moreover, the take-out of the cleaning plate 3 also facilitates the fast cleaning of the cleaning plate 3; meanwhile, since the outer circumference of the cleaning plate 3 is sleeved with a cleaning cotton sleeve 8, the inside of the lining mesh 2 can be cleaned by turning the cleaning plate 3.
As shown in FIG. 2, further, the lining mesh 2 is a conical lining mesh, with a smaller opening facing upwards, and the outer circumference of the cleaning plate 3 is sleeved with a rubber ring 7. By means of the elasticity of the rubber sealing sleeve, the sealing performance is increased; due to no compression force, when the rubber sealing sleeve is expanded, the contact area between the rubber sealing sleeve and the conical lining mesh is increased, and the cleaning effect is improved. Meanwhile, when the cleaning plate is moved upwards, the cleaning plate can be clamped by the lining mesh, thus the cleaning plate is further stabilized and the sealing degree of the floor drain is improved.
Obviously, the above embodiments of the present invention merely are examples made to clearly illustrate the present invention, rather than a limit to the embodiment of the present invention. For those skilled in the art, other different forms of variations or changes can be made based on the above description; it is not necessary to enumerate all embodiments. Any modifications, equivalent substitutes and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention all are intended to be included within the scope of protection of the claims of present invention appended herein.
