Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux diamides d'acide pyrimidine-4,6-dicarboxylique correspondant à la formule (I), lesquels peuvent être utilisés pour l'inhibition sélective de la collagénase (MMP 13). Ces composés peuvent donc être utilisés pour le traitement de maladies dégénératives des articulations.
