Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour décortiquer et dégermer des grains de maïs. L'objectif de l'invention est d'obtenir un dégermage du maïs à la fois simple et efficace. A cet effet, au cours d'un dégermage humide, la maïs nettoyé et humidifié, puis décortiqué et dégermé et directement acheminé à une unité de broyage.
