Abstract

DISTRIBUTEUR DE PRODUITS ALIMENTAIRES CHAUDS ABREGE La présente invention concerne un appareil capable de fournir une portion d'un produit alimentaire chaud, soit au moins un composant alimentaire sélectionné, par exemple, parmi les composants typiques de la garniture d'une pizza, et utilisé pour remplir un support comestible, par exemple, une gaufre, de manière à créer ainsi un produit alimentaire chaud prêt à manger en portion unique. L'appareil comprend une chambre de chauffage (20) présentant un évidement comprenant une surface chauffée interne (82), dans laquelle un piston (84) coulisse en balayant la surface (82) et poussant, en direction d'une sortie (83), au moins un composant alimentaire (33) chauffé dans la chambre de chauffage (20) et provenant d'un magasin (30). Celui-ci (30) peut être réfrigéré (32) et un composant alimentaire liquide (40) peut être ajouté. La chambre de chauffage (20) est chauffée au moyen d'une résistance électrique (81). L'appareil comprend, de plus, un système (50) permettant d'appliquer une garniture sur la surface supérieure du produit et un carrousel (60) permettant de positionner automatiquement un support comestible (71) dans diverses stations fonctionnelles.
