Abstract

Insert destiné à être rapporté dans un élément, pour la fixation et la mise en contact électrique d'une cosse de raccordement électrique. L'invention concerne un Insert destiné à être rapporté dans un trou calibré (2) d'un élément (1) pour la fixation et la mise en contact électrique d'une cosse (5) de raccordement électrique, et qui est constitué, d'une part, par une bague (3) électriquement conductrice présentant un manchon (3a) qui est solidaire d'une collerette (3b) et, d'autre part, par une vis (4) qui est munie d'une tige (4a) destinée à s'introduire dans la bague (3) et d'une tête (4b) facilitant son vissage et permettant en outre d'enserrer la cosse (5), entre elle-même et la collerette (3b) de la bague dont le manchon (3a) a été préalablement introduit dans ledit trou (2) de l'élément (1), insert qui est notamment remarquable en ce que le manchon (3a) et la collerette (3b) de la bague (3) ne présentent aucune fente et possèdent une surface intérieure lisse et en ce que la vis est une vis autotaraudeuse (4) dimensionnée pour pouvoir à la fois tarauder la surface intérieure du manchon (3a) de la bague (3) tout en déformant par expansion la matière constitutive dudit manchon dont la surface extérieure peut ainsi venir s'appliquer avec force sur la paroi interne du trou (2) de l'élément (1).
