Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour introduire des déchets et/ou des combustibles de remplacement dans un procédé de production de clinker, caractérisé en ce que les matières premières sous forme de boues ou en susupension sous forme de masse susceptible d'être pompée sont soumises à une désagglomération mécanique. La masse susceptible d'être pompée est éjectée dans des colonnes montantes, des systèmes de précalcination et/ou des fours rotatifs. L'invention concerne également un disupositif pour mettre en oeuvre ce procédé, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un carter tubulaire (1) dans lequel un rotor (2) pouvant être entraîné en rotation est monté de façon rotative sensiblement concentriquement à l'axe du tube, ce rotor (2) présentant des ailettes (3) qui s'étendent sur toute la largeur de l'esupace séparant l'arbre du rotor et la paroi du carter. Une pluralité de conduites ou d'ouvertures (6, 1, 11, 14) sont adjacentes à l'enveloppe du carter tubulaire (1), au moins une conduite (6) étant placée avec l'arrivée des boues et au moins une conduite étant décalée dans le sens circonférentiel.
