La présente invention a pour objet une composition pharmaceutique, pour administration par voie orale ou rectale, qui renferme du phloroglucinol et du paracétamol dans un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Les inventeurs ont mis en évidence, en thérapie antispasmodique, une synergie développée par ces deux principes actifs.
