Abstract
The device has a standard shell (10) comprising a base plate vertically fixed against a longitudinal end of a frame (1) by a fixation unit. Upper and lower claws (12) extend above and below a telescopic buffer (4), project from the baseplate by an end or a base of the claws, and are separated from each other and from the baseplate toward free ends of the claws. Lateral brackets (13) are integrated to the baseplate and to the claws, and are connected with each other. The claws are inclined symmetrically with respect to a median plane horizontal and perpendicular to the baseplate.
