Cette cellule comprend une couche avec filtre à macrophytes flottants (1) située entre un périmètre et un centre de l'île, des moyens de support comportant des moyens structuraux périmétriques destinés à former un périmètre, des moyens structuraux intérieurs destinés à former un treillis, un noeud central (10c), des moyens d'assemblage périmétriques (30p), des moyens d'assemblage intérieurs (30i), des moyens de flottaison centraux et des moyens de flottaison périmétriques.
