Abstract

L'invention porte sur un insert pour semelles, en particulier pour semelles perforées réalisées en matériau polymère, comprenant une membrane (13) qui est imperméable à l'eau et perméable à la vapeur d'eau, l'insert (10) comprenant : - une couche de support (11) réalisée en treillis, en feutre ou en un autre matériau perforé de façon diffuse, - un composant de perméation de vapeur (12), qui comprend la membrane (13) disposée au-dessus de la couche de support (11), - une couche de matériau polymère (14) qui imprègne localement la couche de support (11), de façon à former dans celle-ci une matrice (15) pour sa liaison adhésive à d'autres composants de la chaussure, - une région (16) pour sceller la couche de support (11) au composant de perméation de vapeur (12). La matrice de liaison adhésive (15) concerne au moins la région périphérique de la couche de support (11), et délimite au moins une partie perméable à la vapeur (18) de la couche de support (11), qui est exempte de matériau polymère (14). La région de scellement étanche (16) assure l'adhérence intime du matériau polymère (14), qui imprègne la couche de support (11), à la membrane (13).
