Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de fondations monolithiques (1) avec revêtement de sol en homopolymère / agrégat résistant de configuration semi-continue, faisant appel à un revêtement de sol doté d'éléments (5) de transfert de charge pour introduire des raccords. Le système est essentiellement caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des fondations (1) comprenant des blocs de polystyrène expansé à haute densité, qui supportent un revêtement de sol semi-continu en béton au ciment, le coffrage du revêtement de sol étant formé par les blocs de polystyrène des fondations. Chacune des plaques (5) de transfert de charge est constituée de deux ancres (6) dotées de deux barres (7) d'armature servant à l'alignement d'un introducteur (8) de raccords, et d'une rotule (9) qui, sous l'effet du moment de soutien de la charge, pivote dans le sens antihoraire et, sous l'effet du moment de soutien généré par les plaques de transfert de charge, pivote dans le sens horaire. Ladite rotule libère les dalles (4) en béton des contraintes causées par la flexion / la traction sous l'effet du moment de transfert de charge, évitant aux fondations d'être affectées par des moments fléchissants résultant de la charge et faisant ainsi en sorte que la dalle (4) travaille essentiellement sous contraintes de compression. L'existence desdites rotules permet d'obtenir les fondations au moyen desdits blocs de polystyrène.
