Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un tube (1) de matériau souple comprenant une jupe (3) et une tête (10). Le procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent à utiliser ou à fabriquer par injection un ensemble (2) comprenant un jupe (3) et un appendice (4), lequel appendice (4) est placé à une extrémité de la jupe (3) et ferme toute ou partie de ladite extrémité; l'intérieur de l'appendice (4) présentant le ou les points d'injection; à couper toute ou partie de l'appendice (4) et à retirer la partie coupée puis à surmouler la tête (10) sur une zone quelconque de la partie de l'ensemble (2) jupe (3) et appendice (4), qui reste une fois retirée la partie coupée. L'appendice (4) présente certains avantages, par exemple, il améliore le finissage de la tête (10) surmoulée, ou, dans le cas de la fabrication de l'ensemble (2), il facilite le démoulage dudit ensemble (2).
