يتعلق الاختراع بطريقة لإعداد تركيبة صيدلانية تحتوي بشكل تجميعي على الأقل على المكونان الأساسية النشطة التالية: الريفامبيسين، الأيزونيازيد والبيرازيناميد. بشكل مفيد، تضم هذه التركيبة الصيدلانية أيضا على الأقل على مكون رئيسي نشط رابع : الإيثامبوتول أو أحد أملاحه.. خاصة أن طريقة الإعداد وفقا للاختراع تم انجازها من خلال التحبيب الرطب للإيزونيازيد، البيرازيناميد والإيثامبوتول اختياريا التركيبة المحصل عليها هي ايجابيا تركيبة توليفة بجرعة ثابتة من 3 أو 4 مكونات رئيسية نشطة مذكورة أعلاه، ذات نشاط علاجي مضاد للسل، يمكن تناولها عن طريق الفم.
