Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de 6 - (5-ethoxyhept-1-yl) bicyclo [3.3.0] octan-3-one, comprenant les étapes consistant à: éliminer des atomes de chlore à partir de 6,6-dichloro-6-(5-thoxyhept -1-yl) bicyclo [3.3.0] octan-3-one en utilisant du zinc et un acide pour produire le 6 - (5-ethoxyhept-1-yl) bicyclo [3.3.0] octan-3-one; ajoutant à la 6 - (5-ethoxyhept-1-yl) bicyclo [3.3.0] octan-3-one et de l'acide, de l'éther pour former une solution; filtrer la solution pour former un filtrat; l'élimination du solvant du filtrat pour former un résidu de 6 - (5-ethoxyhept-1-yl) bicyclo [3.3.0] octan-3-one; amincissement du résidu avec de l'éther; traiter le résidu avec une solution diluée de bicarbonate de sodium, la séparation de la couche de celle-ci l'éther et élimination du solvant de la couche d'éther; ainsi récupérer 6 - (5-ethoxyhept-1-yl) bicyclo [3.3.0] octan-3-one de celui-ci.
