Abstract

La présente invention concerne la fabrication des bio-composites utilisables dans ledomaine agroalimentaire à base de biomatériaux; notamment l'argile et les polysaccharides.Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :la synthèse des surfactants à base de molécules bioactives par alkylation en catalyse de transfert de phase, suivie par une quatérnisation sous irradiation microonde;l'intercalation des feuilles d'argiles par les surfactants; et la préparation de bio-films par dispersion de l'argile modifiée dans une solution de polysaccharide.
