Abstract
L'invention porte sur une cornue (100) de surface à axe vertical, chauffée par une source externe, qui comprend (i) un tuyau central multifonctionnel (110), (ii) un dispositif d'étanchéité supérieur (120), (iii) un système (130) de distribution de charge, (iv) une cuve (140) de distillation en cornue à lit de forme annulaire (141) garnie d'un ensemble de tuyaux (142) de charge, espacés entre eux, pour former une chambre de collecte de gaz et de brouillard (143), un injecteur (144) de gaz chaud, un collecteur (145) et un distributeur (146) de recyclat froid et un mécanisme (147) de régulation et de déchargement du lit, (v) une chambre de répartition (150), (vi) un dispositif pour la récupération de chaleur du schiste usé (160) contenant un réseau de tuyauterie (162) pour la recirculation et la pulvérisation de l'eau de distillation en cornue et des trémies d'accumulation (161), et (vii) un dispositif d'étanchéité (170) de fond à sec. De plus, cette invention porte sur un procédé pour obtenir de l'huile et du gaz à partir de schiste pyrobitumineux et/ou de matières qui contiennent des composés organiques à l'aide de la cornue verticale de surface susmentionnée chauffée par une source externe (100) grâce aux étapes suivantes : (a) l'alimentation en charge, (b) l'étanchéification de l'alimentation en charge, (c) la distribution de la charge, (d) la collecte et l'élimination de gaz et de brouillard, (e) le chauffage et le séchage de la charge, (f) la réinjection de courant de gaz du recyclat de gaz froid provenant de l'étape (i), (g) la pyrolyse de la charge, (h) l'injection du courant de gaz provenant du recyclat de gaz chaud, (i) l'élimination du courant de recyclat de gaz froid, (j) la récupération de chaleur du schiste usé, (k) l'évacuation du lit de forme annulaire, (l) l'injection de recyclat de gaz froid, (m) le mélange du courant de recyclat froid avec un courant de vapeur d'eau, (n) la collecte dans les trémies d'accumulation du schiste usé évacué, (o) la pulvérisation de l'eau de distillation en cornue recyclée, (p) la production de vapeur par le contact de l'eau de distillation en cornue recyclée avec la matière distillée en cornue déposée dans les trémies d'accumulation, et (q) l'évacuation à sec du schiste usé et l'étanchéification de fond.
