Abstract

L'invention concerne une capsule (1) pour préparer des infusions à partir d'un produit contenu dans une chambre (2) intérieure fermée faisant passer un liquide sous pression à travers la chambre (2). La capsule (1) comprend un corps principal (4) tronconique et un bord (6) périphérique en saillie vers l'extérieur de la base la plus grande (8) du corps principal (4). La capsule (1) comprend également un élément de fermeture (12) hermétique annulaire, disposé sur la zone de la capsule (1) située entre la face du bord (6) orientée vers la base la plus petite (10) du corps principal (4) et la base la plus petite (10) du corps principal (4). L'élément de fermeture (12) comprend une pluralité d'ouvertures (14) aveugles et discontinues qui pénètrent dans l'élément de fermeture (12) de façon que l'élément de fermeture (12) puisse être déformé sous pression pendant la préparation de l'infusion.
