Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une membrane à matrice mixte multicouche, qui comprend l'utilisation d'une couche support, le coulage d'une couche hydrophile sur une surface de la couche support, le coulage d'une couche hydrophobe sur la couche hydrophile et l'opération consistant à laisser les couches former une membrane à matrice mixte multicouche. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication d'une membrane à matrice composite sous formes de fibres creuses, qui comprend l'utilisation d'une première solution comprenant un polymère hydrophile, l'utilisation d'une seconde solution comprenant un polymère hydrophobe et l'extrusion des première et seconde solutions pour former une membrane à matrice composite multicouche sous forme de fibres creuses. De plus, l'invention porte sur un module membranaire à plaques pour la distillation membranaire par contact direct utilisant une membrane à matrice mixte multicouche. Le module membranaire à plaques comprend une entrée d'alimentation pouvant répartir la solution de procédé dans tout le module membranaire, une entrée de perméat pouvant répartir la solution de procédé dans tout le module membranaire, un accélérateur sinueux comprenant de multiples canaux d'écoulement, une sortie d'alimentation et une sortie de perméat.
