Abstract
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'hydrochlorure de phényléphrine (ou une forme alternative pharmaceutiquement acceptable de phényléphrine) et de paracétamol dans la production d'une combinaison médicamenteuse destinée à traiter la congestion des muqueuses des voies respiratoires supérieures, le procédé consistant à combiner lesdites substances avec des excipients, et caractérisé en ce que le médicament comprend l'hydrochlorure de phényléphrine (ou la forme alternative pharmaceutiquement acceptable de phényléphrine) et le paracétamol dans des proportions appropriées pour l'administrer à un adulte, ledit médicament étant destiné à un adulte, qui sont : a) de 4 mg à 7,5 mg d'hydrochlorure de phényléphrine, (ou une quantité équivalente d'une forme alternative pharmaceutiquement acceptable de phényléphrine) en combinaison avec une quantité de 950 mg à 1000 mg de paracétamol ; ou b) de 5 mg à 7,5 mg d'hydrochlorure de phényléphrine (ou une quantité équivalente d'une forme alternative pharmaceutiquement acceptable de phényléphrine) en combinaison avec une quantité de 600 mg à 700 mg de paracétamol ; ou c) de 6 mg à 8 mg d'hydrochlorure de phényléphrine (ou une quantité équivalente d'une forme alternative pharmaceutiquement acceptable de phényléphrine) en combinaison avec une quantité de 500 mg à 550 mg de paracétamol.The invention relates to the use of phenylephrine hydrochloride (or an alternative pharmaceutically acceptable form of phenylephrine) and paracetamol in the production of a drug combination for treating congestion of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, the method of combining said substances with excipients, and characterized in that the medicament comprises phenylephrine hydrochloride (or the pharmaceutically acceptable alternative form of phenylephrine) and paracetamol in proportions suitable for administration to an adult, said medicament being intended for a adult, which are: a) from 4 mg to 7.5 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride, (or an equivalent amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable alternative form of phenylephrine) in combination with an amount of 950 mg to 1000 mg of paracetamol; or b) from 5 mg to 7.5 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride (or an equivalent amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable alternative form of phenylephrine) in combination with an amount of 600 mg to 700 mg of paracetamol; or c) from 6 mg to 8 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride (or an equivalent amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable alternative form of phenylephrine) in combination with an amount of 500 mg to 550 mg of paracetamol.
