Abstract

Le dispositif comprend : un corps de moule (1) avec au moins une cavité et un fond (5) pour chaque cavité ; des onglets déplaçables entre : une position opérationnelle à laquelle on accède à l'intérieur de la cavité du moule et une position non opérationnelle; et un poinçon de formation (14) pour la déformation d'une plaque de plastique (16) destinée à former le conteneur à l'intérieur du moule. Le fond est fixé sur une plaque porte-fond (3) sans possibilité de mouvement par rapport au corps du moule (1) : les onglets de support du papier déco sont pourvus d'axes de rotation (13) et disposent de moyens d'actionnement qui comprennent : un joint de fermeture (10) élastique qui tend à les maintenir dans une position opérationnelle ou non opérationnelle, et un cylindre (8) d'abattement vers une position contraire, non opérationnelle ou opérationnelle.
