Abstract
La présente invention concerne un panneau solaire présentant des structures ou des cavités unitaires 3d, entièrement constitué de matières plastiques et utilisé aussi bien pour des applications thermiques que photovoltaïques. L'ensemble est léger et ne nécessite pas de cadres d'aluminium ou de systèmes de fixation externes, car la rigidité est assurée par la structure elle-même. Le moulage par injection du plastique permet l'incorporation directe d'un système de fixation ou d'accrochage, et permet en outre l'ajout d'ouvertures pour l'interconnexion de cellules solaires. Chaque structure unitaire 3d concentre la lumière solaire sur les récepteurs de rayonnement terminaux (tubes (6) ou cellules (8)), en couvrant tout le spectre saisonnier et journalier d'angles d'incidence, sans qu'un suivi actif du soleil ne soit nécessaire. L'épaisseur de ladite structure est faible du fait qu'elle exploite les avantages concentrateurs non seulement d'un, mais de trois éléments optiques montés sur une base de plastique (12) : une surface hautement réfléchissante (10), un hologramme réflecteur (9) à large bande spectrale et angulaire, et un élément optique transparent (11) dont l'indice de réfraction et l'angle d'inclinaison sont définis de manière à capter la lumière à l'intérieur par réflexion totale interne (sigle anglais :tir). Les pertes optiques sont ainsi significativement réduites et une grande partie du spectre solaire est dirigée vers le récepteur de rayonnement.
