Abstract

La présente invention concerne un matériau stratifié, destiné à être utilisé comme matériau d'emballage, qui comprend au moins deux couches (12, 14) de carton et/ou de papier assemblées par liaison de matières. Au moins une couche intercalaire (16) constituée d'un matériau de renfort (18) de type treillis ou toile est disposée entre les couches (12, 14) de carton et/ou de papier et au moins une couche de carton ou de papier (12, 14) contient une quantité de fibres recyclées au moins égale à 80 % en poids, rapportée au poids total de la couche de carton ou de papier (12, 14). L'invention concerne en outre une structure en trois dimensions fabriquée à partir du matériau stratifié (10), ainsi qu'un dispositif (40) et un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau stratifié (10), destiné à être utilisé comme matériau d'emballage, qui comprend au moins deux couches (12, 14) de carton et/ou de papier assemblées par liaison de matières.
