Abstract
La présente invention concerne une méthode et une installation d'épuration de fluides par distillation qui comprennent un réservoir (1) avec du fluide contenant des matières solides diluées, lequel réservoir comporte au niveau de sa sortie un filtre à impuretés (2); une pompe (3) raccordée à la sortie du réservoir (1) et conçue pour faire monter la pression et la température du fluide contenant des matières solides; et une zone de réchauffement (4) du fluide contenant des matières solides qui comprend une pluralité de conduits en contact avec un fluide caloporteur; et qui comprend en outre une tuyère (5) convergente-divergente raccordée à la sortie de la zone de réchauffement (4) et conçue pour faire augmenter la vitesse du fluide biphasique vapeur-liquide de telle sorte que les matières solides diluées dans le fluide déjà chaud se précipitent sous forme d'un dépôt de matières solides (6) tandis que le fluide arrive à un condensateur (7) et, de cet endroit, se dirige vers un réservoir de fluide épuré (8) se trouvant déjà à l'état liquide.
