Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication pour une pale (10) d'éolienne, des couches de matière fibreuse (72) étant empilées dans un moule pour former une partie de la structure de la pale. Les couches de fibres sont imprégnées d'une résine qui est par la suite durcie pour former la structure de pale durcie. Certaines des couches de matière fibreuse sont agencées pour qu'une partie (72a) des couches soient maintenues exemptes de résine pendant les étapes d'imprégnation et de durcissement, de sorte que la couche de fibres s'étend librement hors de la surface externe de la pale, de préférence au niveau du bord de fuite de la pale, pour produire un bord de fuite (70b) de pale flexible pour réduire le bruit de la pale en fonctionnement.
