Abstract
L'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes permettant de favoriser la prolifération cellulaire et la dé-différenciation des cellules en cellules souche pour favoriser la régénération tissulaire. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne l'administration transitoire d'un microarn (mir) ou de son mimétique pour promouvoir la régénération cardiaque et la prolifération de cardiomyocytes.
