Abstract
L'invention concerne un système (1) de dessalement d'eau de mer, le système comprenant : - une admission (2) d'eau d'alimentation, telle que l'eau de mer, - une sortie (3) de perméat ; - une sortie (4) de concentré ; - un élément de dessalement (5) pour séparer ladite eau d'alimentation en perméat et concentré, ledit élément de dessalement (5) nécessitant une pression appliquée afin d'entraîner ladite séparation, et ledit élément de dessalement (5) étant disposé en dessous du niveau de ladite admission (2), de telle sorte qu'au moins une partie de ladite pression appliquée requise est fournie à partir de la pression hydrostatique résultant de la différence de hauteur entre ladite admission (2) et ledit élément de dessalement (5), l'élément de dessalement (5) étant disposé dans un boîtier sec (6) ayant au moins un accès sec (7). L'invention concerne également un procédé pour fournir de l'eau de salinité réduite prédéterminée pour un réservoir d'eau (6), et un procédé pour le maintien du niveau de salinité dans un réservoir d'eau ouvert.
