Abstract

La présente invention concerne des anticorps monoclonaux et des parties de liaison à l'antigène correspondantes, spécifiques pour les polysaccharides capsulaires du sérogroupe X de Neisseria meningitidis (NmX), lesdits anticorps ou les parties correspondantes étant caractérisés par les séquences des 6 CDR des régions variables des chaînes lourdes et légères. Ces anticorps conviennent pour la détection in vitro du sérogroupe X de Neisseria meningitidis, en particulier dans un échantillon biologique sans purification des polysaccharides capsulaires. L'invention concerne également lesdits anticorps monoclonaux ou les parties adéquates correspondantes dans différents tests et procédés diagnostiques en vue de détecter NmX. L'invention concerne également un test diagnostique rapide pour détecter NmX dans un fluide biologique.
