Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage de transport pour des fruits et des légumes, une solution antimicrobienne étant ajoutée, par étalement sur sa surface, à l'emballage, ladite solution durant sur l'emballage tant que l'emballage, la distribution et l'achat par les consommateurs se produisent, de manière à réduire la charge microbienne de celui-ci et le rôle dans la contamination mutuelle des produits emballés, ainsi que le phénomène de dégradation et d'altération avec le temps des fruits et des légumes contenus dans l'emballage, ladite solution antimicrobienne comprenant l'une des trois substances actives suivantes : citral, hexanal et 2-(e)-hexenal.
