Abstract
Dans cette invention, nous nous sommes intéressées à l’étude et à l’optimisation par modélisation de la préparation du charbon actif à base de scieurs du bois en deux étapes, une activation chimique par acide phosphorique suivie d’une carbonisation. Tout au long de la préparation du charbon actif, la méthodologie de la recherche expérimentale nous a été d’un grand intérêt au niveau de l’organisation des expériences, la qualité de l’information et l’économie en temps et moyens. Pour caractériser le charbon actif, nous avons eu recours à plusieurs techniques, qui ont révélé à des résultats intéressants, telles que l’indice d’iode (850 mg/g), l’indice de bleu de méthylène (486 mg/g), la microscopie électronique à balayage, la bet (703 m2 /g), l’infrarouge et la diffraction des rayons x. Les performances du charbon actif préparé dans le traitement des eaux usées ont été testées vis-à-vis de quelques composés polluants tels que cr(vi), pb(ii), bleu disperse, orange réactif et des colorants des rejets de l’industrie textile. Les résultats obtenus montrent une grande efficacité d’adsorption de notre acw, ce charbon actif peut être utilisé pour éliminer d’autres polluants comme les bactéries, les pesticides...
