Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de coulée à basse pression sous pression secondaire pour une roue en aluminium. Les caractéristiques du remplissage en douceur à basse pression de l'alliage d'aluminium fondu et de la solidification rapide d'une jante sont préservées, l'alliage d'aluminium à une carotte centrale est gelé à l'aide d'un épandeur de carotte et d'un refroidissement forcé à l'eau pour fermer une cavité, et une pression secondaire est mise en œuvre à la roue en aluminium au moyen du mouvement vers le bas des tiges d'extrusion centrales, de sorte que les propriétés mécaniques du matériau d'une coulée de roue en aluminium et l'efficacité de production du processus de coulée soient améliorées.
