Abstract
L'invention concerne un élément de renfort (1), qui comprend un corps (2) réalisé en un acier trempé sous presse ayant une résistance à la traction supérieure ou égale à 1200 mpa, revêtu d'un revêtement à base de zinc ou d'un revêtement à base d'aluminium, ledit corps (2) s'étendant selon une direction principale (a), l'élément de renfort comprenant en outre au moins une patte (16) s'étendant à partir du corps (2) selon une direction transversale (b) formant un angle non-nul (a) avec la direction principale (a), le pli (18) entre le corps (2) et la patte (16) définissant un intrados (20) et un extrados (22). Ladite patte (16) est constituée d'une partie pliée à froid du corps (2), l'allongement de l'extrados (22) étant compris entre 10 % et 25 %.
