Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage et de séchage de sous-châssis (13), comprenant un râtelier (1), un réservoir d'eau (2), un ensemble de levage inférieur (3, 4, 5), des ensembles de support (14, 15, 16), un ensemble de levage supérieur (17, 18, 19, 20), un ensemble rotatif (21-25), un ensemble d'expansion et de nettoyage (31-34) et un dispositif de séchage par soufflage (7-11 ). Les ensembles extensibles (31-34) se dilatent pour être reliés aux trous de montage de la carrosserie du véhicule, de l'air comprimé est soufflé dans les trous de montage de la carrosserie du véhicule par des sorties d'air et est soufflé dans une cavité d'un sous-châssis (12) pour nettoyer les déchets d'aluminium et sable résiduel dans la cavité du sous-châssis (12), l'ensemble rotatif (21-25) entraîne l'ensemble d'expansion et de nettoyage (31-34) et le sous-châssis (12) pour effectuer un mouvement de rotation afin d'effectuer un mouvement secondaire nettoyage, de sorte que les déchets d'aluminium et le sable restant à l'intérieur de la cavité peuvent être nettoyés, et le dispositif de nettoyage et de séchage par soufflage du sous-châssis peut être ajusté de manière flexible par un ensemble de réglage de position (44, 46, 47, 48 et 26, 29) selon différents types de sous-châssis et est forte en universalité.
