Abstract

La présente invention concerne le domaine technique des matrices de forgeage, et en particulier une matrice composite de forgeage et de poinçonnage de trous à fenêtre inclinée, comprenant un support de matrice supérieur, un manchon de connexion, un manchon coulissant de matrice supérieur, une plaque de pression, des broches de poinçonnage de fenêtre inclinée, une broche de poinçonnage centrale, des premières tiges de vis de connexion, des premiers ressorts, des secondes tiges de vis de connexion, des seconds ressorts, des systèmes d'assistance hydraulique, une matrice inférieure et une plaque de fond. La surface inférieure de la plaque de pression de la matrice composite est un plan pour éviter la déformation d'une surface de moulage avant. Une puissance hydraulique est ajoutée aux broches de poinçonnage des fenêtres inclinées pour augmenter la pression de poinçonnage des trous inclinés, éviter les problèmes de qualité et augmenter une force de démoulage. Un dispositif hydraulique synchrone multisplit peut très bien réaliser la synchronisation de la pluralité de broches de poinçonnage de fenêtres inclinées. Il peut réaliser le démoulage simultané des broches de poinçonnage ; par conséquent, le poinçonnage des fenêtres inclinées d'une ébauche de moyeu de roue et le démoulage des broches de poinçonnage de fenêtres inclinées sont réalisés simultanément dans un espace très réduit d'une roue, et la structure est ingénieuse.
